We believe the health of a ministry begins with the health of its leaders.

That’s why our first commitment is to the leader. Each month, we connect through intentional check-ins that begin with a simple but meaningful question: “How are you doing?” From there, we listen, encourage, and pray.

It matters that leaders know they are not alone—that someone is walking alongside them. Our focus goes beyond ministry performance to the well-being of the people leading it.

Ministry was never meant to be done in isolation.

The iNDY Network is a cohort of partners that functions as a community. These partners may be service providers, skilled support, or donors, and each one will bring their expertise into our target neighborhoods in order to create a force that is uniquely equipped to propel the residents toward an outcome characterized by Hope and Life.
